To add a background to a web story's page, select Background, which is located on the top right side of the editing zone.
By clicking on Background, you can now choose what type of background you want for your story's page, between:
A video.
To add a video, you can either
Import it or choose one from Pexels bank.
To import it, you can choose to Record or Upload your video from your device (if you paste a video URL in the search bar, it will also be added).
Otherwise, you can use Pexels by clicking on the corresponding tab and clicking on the chosen video to add it to your story's page.
An image.
To add an image, you can either Import it or choose one from Pexels bank.
To import it, Upload your image from your device.
Otherwise, you can use Pexels. Click on the Pexels tab, make a search and click on the chosen image to add it to your story's page.
To add a GIF, use the GIPHY search bar, and click on the chosen GIF to add it to your story's page.
A color.
To add a color, open the color tool by clicking on the Background Color icon.
You can choose predefined background (mono color or gradient)
Enable gradient backgrounds to make your own gradient
Adjust opacity or darkness
Add a border and choose its color
