To add ratings to your web story, open it in the builder. Then, add a new page to your story and select NPS/Rating.
You can edit the rating modal using the editing pane on the right side of the builder. From there, you can:
Change the text displayed.
Add a subtitle.
Choose the number of maximum stars.
Choose whether an answer is required or not.
Change the type of rating.
